Preparation and roll-out of periodic seminars allowing top management of profit centers to organize their operating processes and to create a new common culture in the context of a merger; mobilizing customer teams.

Coaching: developing leadership, aura and authority of managers.
Covered topics: organization of top management teams, choice of common topics and operating processes, development of leadership, listening and solidarity, personal development.

Preparation and follow-up of top management teams in the occasion of a merger.

Round tables in order to formalize stakes and expectations, sensitizing/preparation to change seminars, people review processes, seminars for top management, coaching of top managers.

Covered topics: identifying the specificities or each stage of change, knowing how to position one-self, managing teams through change, managing internal states and stress, active communication, management techniques.

Developing the talents of young potentials.

1-year programme for leadership development – through collective training programmes, individual coaching sessions and the realisation of an “intrapreneurial” project – allowing 10 participants to test and implement their leadership capabilities, driving a project and developing cooperations within the business in line with their personal and professional ambitions.
