Who we are
TrimTab develops itself in an organic manner, placing at the heart of its identity, its project, raison d’etre and its values. Today, we are about 10 partners and consultants, aged between 28 and 59 – all having an operational experience within organisations, including in an international context. Operations take place from our offices in Paris & Brussels, where we accompany our clients everywhere in Europe, thanks to our strong international consultants network.
Specialists in the accompaniment of people and teams, our fields of expertise cover both aspects of business management as well as personal development.
We follow very closely the recent developments and approaches within the economic, sociological, organisational, sustainable and personal development domains – in order to widen our work horizons and those of our customers.
Each one of our consultants continuously enrich their training while being fully implicated in their own personal work and development.
The associates
Michel Amadieu evolved within the HR function of industry and services for 15 years, before creating a consultancy in 1991 – and later taking part in the creation of TrimTab. He specializes in the domain of top management coaching and especially their teams – particularly in periods and processes of heavy transformation (mergers, internationalization of activities, …).
His work covers both the private as well as the public or para-public sectors. The integration of sustainable development and social responsibility in the strategic choices of the top management teams, is particularly important to him and the way in which he supports these teams and their managers. The loyalty of his clients confirms the quality of the work he is recognized for: a true enthusiasm to lead them to act in concrete ways.
Marie-Camille Mazaré has more than 20 years of experience in HR consulting and management, and she coaches people and teams in multiple environments (public/private, industries/services). Master-practitioner in NLP, she is particularly interested in people’s personal development and wants to help each person to express their potential and find their own « voice ».
Listening, understanding operating processes, and giving confidence in order to allow one to fully exploit his/her potential – this is the essence and direction of her work.
Jean-Philippe Dor has been consulting for about ten years. His experiences in HR, then as management trainer, enabled him to develop his expertise in the coaching of teams and their supervisors – especially through periods where strategies must evolve, as well as the organization and its operating processes. Or furthermore – changes in their daily practices or behaviors.
In participating in the creation of TrimTab, he hopes to carry a message to today’s leaders – that the key to their success resides in better acknowledging the talents of their collaborators and in the emancipation of close-knit and engaged teams.
Marie-Gabrielle Amadieu specialized in human resources, where she has a 5-year experience before joining TrimTab. Today she coaches individuals and teams in their personal and professional development. Her favorite areas are personal development and sustainable development, and their mutual integration. She is currently in the process of obtaining certification as a Coach.
Laurence Gagnage has an engineering degree, she has worked 8 years in an international company taking up various operational and management roles. She moved towards HR through recruitment and selection of key people for companies in industry and IT sector. After completing a coaching degree in 2003 (based on MBTI approach), she fully dedicated herself to measuring and developing people and team performance.
She likes to help individuals ans groups to become aware of and change habits to new behaviors, to “do more”, to “be better” wether for themselves or for others, using their non exploited potential for progression.
Karen Meerapfel has a human resources degree and has worked in the field for 6 years now. From a manufacturing HR experience, to consulting, she takes great pleasure in helping others find their path – through training and personal development. Through creativity, practice and collaboration, many things can get done! She is currently training for a professional coaching certification.
